We are very flexible and will work with each client on a case by case basis to find the solution that best suits the client's needs. Some clients prefer a per-incident arrangement, other clients prefer to have a fixed monthly cost for their IT needs. No matter what option, we NEVER require a contract of any type. Work quality is our only leverage making our clients return to us over and over again.
We love transparency so here it is, our hourly rate is $100/hr on a per-incident case. We reserve the right to lower this price to our recurrent customers based on the complexity of the job. In other words, we do not charge $100 for a 5 minute call to solve a minor issue.
For those looking for a fixed monthly cost, our Managed IT Services is the way to go. An average plan would be 1 hour per active employee per month. This would include not only unlimited tech support incidents, but also a weekly scheduled maintenance of servers, backup monitoring, software updates, and security recommendations. By performing regular maintenance and monitoring your systems, we can drastically reduce the amount of downtime your staff experiences. This is just an example and we will work with you to find the correct rate, based on your type of business and technology needs.
We also offer small business options for the small shop with a few computers and no server to maintain. We are not interested on a quick profit, we have clients that have been with us for over 15 years. Our goal is to bring value to your company, and your loyalty over the years is what we will work hard to maintain.
